Deirdre Santos, Licensed Veterinary Technician Supervisor
Deirdre Santos is the licensed veterinary technician supervisor at Stone Ridge Veterinary Hospital. She enjoys the challenges and learning opportunities that come with working at Stone Ridge and feels rewarded each day she helps the pets that come into the hospital.
A member of the staff since 2006, Deirdre holds a bachelor's degree in biology from the Rochester Institute of Technology and an associate's degree in veterinary technology from SUNY Delhi.
Deirdre has a cat named DaVinci and a Shepherd / Hound mix named Tessa. Deirdre races Thistle and Sunfish class sailboats competitively as a member of the Rochester Canoe Club. Her regatta competitions offer many opportunities for travel. She also enjoys camping, fishing and playing board games with her family.
Timothy Scanlan, Kennel Supervisor
Kennel supervisor Timothy Scanlan joined the Stone Ridge
Veterinary Hospital staff in 2003. He likes working here for many reasons, including the friendly staff and the "above-and-beyond"
attitude the hospital has towards its clients and their pets as well as the staff.
The owner of three Golden Retrievers named Cody, Molson and Buddy and two cats named Mittens and Guido, Timothy spends his free time fishing, jetskiing, wakeboarding and exercising. He also likes to spend time with family and friends.
